Life always has
many things to bring you down. But, what can really bring you down is your
attitude. A sentence of a book really impressed and inspired me:” Yesterday is

Everyday I wake up
with ambition. I want to make each day of my life count. In fact, most of us
are expecting some changes in our life. For example, we are over eating. Some
of us are heavy smokers. Some of us need more outdoor exercise. We are doing
the jobs we don’t like. We spent too much on shopping and saved too little.
My first change
in this week is: go to bed earlier. I usually went to sleep until very late. I
spent too much time on internet. Recently, I realized that this is a bad habit
which may ruin my health. Therefore, I decide to read something instead of
surfing on internet before I go to my bed.
This morning when I
wake up, I feel pretty good because I slept tight last night. It is wonderful
that every day we make a little bit change in our life.
