Flower in the Crannied Wall
Flower in the crannied wall
I pluck you out of the
crannies
I hold you here, root and
all, in my hand
Little flower---but if I
could understand
What you are, root and all, and
all in all
I should know what God and
man is.
-----by Alfred Tennyson
This is a
beautiful short poem which written by Alfred Tennyson. I can’t help myself to
flavor it over and over.
What a touching scene
the poem describes! The little flower blossoms in the crannied wall. The
indomitable vitality of the little flower really inspired me.
Bid away with the
cold winter. Nature shows its power of life force to us in the spring.
